What you will do
- Manage daily financial operations, ensuring payments are accurate and completed on time.
- Perform reconciliation, process refunds, and execute transactions efficiently.
- Monitor payments, address issues, and escalate promptly if they cannot be resolved independently.
- Investigate and resolve payment issues, collaborating with Customer Support, developers, banks, and other teams.
- Support daily workflows and maintain high-quality standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred), or equivalent experience in operational work.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills.
- Ability to accurately perform daily operational tasks and follow established procedures.
- Proactive, collaborative, and curious mindset.
- Ability to multitask and deliver high-quality results that meet identified targets.
- Professional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with CS, developers, banks, and partners.
Nice to have
- Basic understanding of integrations, banking systems, or payment platforms is a plus, as well as knowledge of Tableau and data management skills.
