Location: We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius , and super cool hubs in Kaunas , Klaipėda, and Riga!For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.

Salary: 2900 – 5200 EUR/month.

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks using JavaScript and Playwright.
• Define and drive the automation strategy, ensuring high test coverage across web platforms and services.
• Investigate complex failures and implement solutions that improve test stability and reliability.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for fast and reliable feedback.
• Lead initiatives to improve testing processes, tools, and best practices.
• Mentor other QA engineers and promote quality engineering principles.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in QA automation with strong expertise in JavaScript-based test automation.
• Deep hands-on experience with Playwright and modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Strong knowledge of API testing, REST services, and test data management.
• Experience in designing robust automation frameworks and scalable test architectures.
• Comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI), Git workflows, and modern DevOps practices.
• Communicate clearly in English and Lithuanian.
