What you will do

• Lead and manage the SAP BASIS delivery stream and team.
• Own technical delivery scope, timelines, and risks.
• Coordinate closely with Project Manager and other streams.
• Perform technical upgrades, system provisioning, and infrastructure design.
• Support performance testing, tuning, and BAU operations preparation.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and coordinate cost estimation.

Requirements

• Must be located in Romania or able to work remotely from Romania.
• Strong SAP BASIS expertise in complex landscapes.
• Proven S/4HANA migration experience (Bluefield preferred).
• Prior experience as Stream Lead or Technical Lead.
• Strong stakeholder and cross-stream coordination skills.
• Experience with SAP Conversion/Upgrade and architecture.
