What you will do

• Provide L2/L3 functional support for SAP S4HANA FI processes, including incident and problem management.
• Support critical month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities with a focus on CO and Material Ledger.
• Execute root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Handle Brazil-specific localization requirements, including tax and legal reporting.
• Collaborate with technical teams to manage FI/MM and FI/SD integration issues.
• Deliver minor enhancements, prepare functional specifications, and support UAT activities.

Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of SAP FICO experience with a strong background in S4HANA AMS production support.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
• Expertise in FI/GL, FI/AP, FI/AR, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of CO, specifically Material Ledger, Cost Center/Profit Center Accounting, and period-end allocations.
• Experience working with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
• Must be based in Brazil for the remote/hybrid model.

Nice to have

• SAP S4HANA Finance certification.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems.
