TL;DR
DevOps Lead (DevOps): Leading infrastructure, reliability, and security for a healthcare SaaS platform with an accent on cloud architecture, automation, and compliance. Focus on designing scalable cloud environments, automating CI/CD pipelines, enforcing security standards, and mentoring engineering teams.
Location: Hybrid in Tel Aviv, Israel with 3 days per week in office

What you will do
- Own infrastructure strategy for scalable, reliable, and cost-efficient cloud architecture.
- Automate CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and deployment systems.
- Enforce security and compliance including CVE scanning, patching, and SLA management.
- Design and maintain monitoring and observability infrastructure and tools.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to align infrastructure with business goals.
- Mentor and lead engineers to promote operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Must be located in or near Tel Aviv, Israel with hybrid work onsite 3 days per week.
- 8+ years experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure roles.
- Expertise with GCP or AWS, Kubernetes, containerized microservices.
- Strong skills in security pipelines, IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi), and CI/CD automation.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Newrelic, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
- Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Nice to have
- Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, fintech, or enterprise SaaS.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOC 2, HIPAA.
- Passion for improving system resilience, performance, and incident response maturity.
