What you will do

• Design and optimize client-specific prompts, templates, and agentic AI guardrails.
• Build agent workflows, task orchestration, and custom AI tools aligned with customer needs.
• Develop backend services, APIs, and automation scripts for AI solutions.
• Apply data science methods to evaluate prompt performance and benchmark LLMs.
• Create automated evaluation frameworks measuring quality, cost, latency, and safety.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years experience in Data Science or applied AI/ML roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
• Strong expertise in prompt engineering and LLM behavior optimization.
• Proficiency in Python and experience building custom scripts and evaluation pipelines.
• Solid understanding of NLP, machine learning fundamentals, and production AI systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with large language models like GPT-4, Llama 3, Claude.
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks, RAG pipelines, and tool calling.
• Exposure to frontend or internal dashboard development.
• Background in linguistics or computational linguistics.
• Experience in agile, customer-facing environments.
