What you will do

• Manage the ICFR/SOX compliance program for IT application and general controls.
• Identify and assess key controls for IT integration and new implementation projects.
• Lead IT operational audits, including planning, execution, and reporting.
• Direct audit teams and maintain communication with management on audit findings and actions.
• Build relationships with IT risk and process owners across functions and geographies.
• Support audit methodology development and leverage technology for audit processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of strong internal or external IT audit experience, including SOX and assurance services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Knowledge of COSO, COBIT, NIST, ISO27001, ISO 42001, and cybersecurity audit certifications (CISSP, CRISC, CISM, CISA, CIA) is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills managing global audit teams of 6-8 senior professionals.
• Excellent communication, report writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with audit management software and data extraction tools.
