What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement scalable microservices-based applications using Java.
• Architect and implement event-driven systems leveraging Apache Kafka.
• Develop and deploy cloud-native solutions within AWS environments.
• Build and manage containerized applications using Docker and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitOps principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical leadership and guidance to functional teams or project members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 15+ years of professional experience in Java development and strong expertise in microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience working in AWS cloud environments.
• Deep knowledge of Apache Kafka and stream processing frameworks (Kafka Streams).
• Strong experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and relational database design with strong experience with DevOps tools including Jenkins, Terraform, Nexus, and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to have

• Experience designing and developing APIs using MuleSoft or other API integration platforms.
