Salary: $193,970–$228,200 USD annually

What you will do

• Conduct gap assessments against GDPR and other relevant Americas/EMEA/APAC regulations and track issues to remediation
• Perform privacy assessments, data reviews, maturity benchmarking, and operational effectiveness testing
• Oversee integration of privacy enabling solutions and partner with platform and security teams to implement technical controls
• Develop and scale data protection programs and governance models in partnership with legal and privacy teams
• Manage privacy incident programs and collaborate with data protection authorities and product teams

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Data Protection / Privacy
• 2+ years experience in Financial Services or FinTech
• Experience with risk assessments, compliance gap assessments, and remediation
• Knowledge of privacy by design and implementation of privacy tooling at enterprise level
• Excellent project management and ability to communicate privacy importance to diverse stakeholders
• Experience managing data protection requirements across multiple regions (Americas, EU, UK)

Nice to have

• CIPP/E and other certifications
• Experience in cloud native environments
• Relevant technical degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in global companies with complex regulated entity structures
