What you will do

• Develop and maintain CaaS/PaaS platforms based on Kubernetes.
• Design platform releases and integrate new capabilities into the infrastructure.
• Manage monitoring, first-line operations, and provide second-level incident management.
• Handle change and system lifecycle management for core platform services.
• Collaborate with international teams across Europe and participate in on-call rotations.
• Monitor system performance and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering.
• English proficiency required.
• Hands-on experience with Linux system administration (Ubuntu).
• Mandatory: Proficient in Go development for platform tooling.
• Experience with Kubernetes cluster administration and ecosystem tools (Prometheus, Calico).
• Knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodologies and IT operations practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with OpenStack services and integrations.
• Knowledge of hyperscaler container services (AKS, GKE).
• Experience with networking protocols including BGP, EVPN, and VXLAN.
• Proficiency in Python, Rust, or C/C++.
