Salary: $140,000 - $170,000

What you will do

• Define and drive traveler and travel manager experience across countries and platforms including mobile and app.
• Expand booking and servicing capabilities to attract and retain corporate customers.
• Collect and respond to user feedback with account management and agency partners.
• Advocate for users by understanding motivations and prioritizing user problems and needs.
• Craft feature requirements balancing impact and technical feasibility, managing product roadmaps.
• Coordinate product feature roll-outs with marketing, sales, and communications teams.
• Measure and analyze product insights using data, user research, and A/B testing results.

Requirements

• Must work from Cambridge office at least 3 days per week.
• 5+ years travel industry experience, preferably with technical background.
• Experience collaborating with commercial and engineering teams across time zones.
• Proficiency in data analysis including SQL and data-driven decision making.
• Experience as Product Owner in Agile teams is a plus.
• BS degree or equivalent experience required; MBA or similar advantageous.
