What you will do

• Query and analyze fraud datasets to identify trends and anomalies.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking fraud performance.
• Monitor data quality and support fraud analytics process improvements.
• Collaborate with fraud analysts, customer success, and technical teams to translate data into actionable insights.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Mexico or able to work remotely globally
• 1–2 years experience in data analysis or reporting roles.
• Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of Python for data analysis.
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong communication skills to explain data to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and structured approach to analytical work.

Nice to have

• Experience in fraud, risk, trust & safety, or operational analytics.
