What you will do

• Lead and support teams to deliver impactful AI solutions that meet client needs
• Manage client relationships and cultivate strong partnerships to create value
• Develop engagement strategies and oversee delivery against milestones and KPIs
• Drive corrective actions and tactical decisions to ensure value-based solutions
• Engage with C-Level stakeholders and build a diverse network of external contacts
• Contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities and offerings

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Barcelona or Zürich
• Background in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Computer Science
• Proven experience building strong client relationships with large organizations
• Ability to engage with C-Level stakeholders effectively
• Fluent English required; French and/or German are a plus
• Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
