What you will do

Continuously develop and improve desktop products
Plan, implement, and roll out new features
Maintain and modernize application components
Improve software stability and reliability
Lead a development team, conduct performance reviews and meetings
Collaborate with product managers to prioritize and plan work

Requirements

Remote work from anywhere in the world
Strong knowledge of C++17 or C++20 and object-oriented programming principles
Hands-on experience with the Qt framework
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
3+ years of software development experience
1+ years of team leadership experience is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
