What you will do

• Architect and iterate on high-performance ML models to improve ad relevance and conversion rates.
• Productionize and maintain scalable ML pipelines from data ingestion to online inference.
• Extract insights from massive datasets to define features and refine modeling strategies.
• Translate business goals into modeling challenges and success metrics with Product and Data Science teams.
• Validate innovations through rigorous experimentation including A/B tests and offline evaluations.
• Enhance system reliability and drive platform evolution to increase deployment speed and experimentation velocity.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (Menlo Park, New York, Seattle).
• 5-12+ years of experience delivering production ML solutions at scale in high-stakes environments.
• Strong foundation in ML algorithms, statistics, and real-world business applications.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and data processing frameworks like Spark.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Ability to maintain and monitor long-term health of ML systems in live environments.
