What you will do

• Own and evolve the strategy for hirify.global and Fin’s organic social presence across LinkedIn, X, YouTube and more.
• Translate launches, ideas, and insights into social activations.
• Enable executive team and employees to build meaningful influence.
• Collaborate on proactive and reactive engagement.
• Experiment with content formats, creative approaches, timing, AI tools, and emerging platform features to optimize what works.
• Oversee YouTube strategy and agency relationship.
