Location: Hybrid in Helsinki or Tampere office, with regular in-person collaboration required. Relocation support is not available.
Salary: On-target monthly compensation ranges from €3,500 to €4,500 depending on experience.

What you will do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within Consumer, Retail, Media, and related industries.
- Lead outbound sales initiatives and strategic outreach to target accounts through LinkedIn, email, and industry networks.
- Own sales conversations and opportunity development from initial contact to signed deal.
- Use CRM and sales tools to manage pipeline and track opportunities.
- Engage with senior stakeholders, communicating the value of hirify.global’s digital, data, and AI services.
- Contribute to developing our outbound process.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or consulting within technology, digital services, or advisory in the Nordics.
- Understanding of digital transformation, AI, or data-driven business models.
- Experience navigating multi-stakeholder sales processes and building relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Ability to structure opportunities, understand client needs, and translate them into compelling solution discussions.
- Demonstrated ability to generate and close new business opportunities in complex B2B environments.
- Fluent Finnish and professional English required (Swedish is a plus).
