• Develop scalable, reliable AI/GenAI solutions and production-ready applications.
• Contribute to high-priority AI projects and deliver on hirify.global’s AI roadmap.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve technical challenges and improve systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and elevate team technical standards.
• Implement best practices in coding, development processes, and DevOps.

Requirements

• Must be located in Boston, MA or Houston, TX, USA.
• 7+ years professional software development experience, including 3+ years in AI/ML or GenAI.
• Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, FastAPI, LangChain, LangGraph, and KubeFlow.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and modern DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
