Salary: $77,600 - $144,200 per year plus commission and bonuses

What you will do
- Generate new business opportunities and expand current client accounts with companies of 500+ employees.
- Present hirify.global products and services, prepare proposals, and follow up throughout the sales process.
- Build and maintain executive-level client relationships through various communication channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and additional functionality adoption.
- Attend trade shows and events to promote hirify.global services.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States with availability during designated work hours, preferably Central Time Zone
- 5+ years of sales experience with a consultative approach and strong prospecting skills.
- High activity standards and ability to succeed in a competitive, quota-driven environment.
- Strong presentation, communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and internet applications.
- High school diploma required; college degree strongly desired.
