What you will do

• Lead end-to-end data lifecycle ownership from requirements gathering to automated validation.
• Architect AI-native automation pipelines to reduce manual engineering dependency.
• Establish real-time tracking health monitoring with low latency across web and app.
• Enable engineering teams with AI-assisted tools and self-service platforms for tracking implementation.
• Implement data governance and anti-corruption release gates to ensure audit-ready data quality.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in web and mobile app analytics (GA4, GTM, or similar) with deep knowledge of data layer architecture and tracking best practices.
• Technical proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks (Nuxt, React).
• Passion for AI and automation with experience or strong interest in AI agents and tools like MCPs, Cursor, Claude/LLMs.
• Proven architectural vision to build scalable, self-service data infrastructure.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to communicate complex data requirements to technical and non-technical teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI engineering, including RAG systems or custom AI agents.
• Experience with E2E testing frameworks (Cypress, Playwright) integrated into CI/CD pipelines for data validation.
• Open-source contributions or active participation in AI-agent or data engineering communities.
