Software Engineer II (Real-Time Bidding): Develop new features and improve the quality of hirify.global’s real-time bidding software with an accent on full lifecycle development from inception to production. Focus on driving complex changes involving multiple components across bidding infrastructure and delivering quality changes with automated tests, metrics, and monitoring.

Location: Work may be performed within normal commuting distance from hirify.global, Inc. office in Bellevue, WA. CO, CA, IL, NY, WA, and Washington DC residents only.

Salary: $151,400 - $227,000/year

What you will do

• Develop new features for hirify.global’s real-time bidding software.
• Design, build, deliver, and own full lifecycle development software from inception to production.
• Drive complex changes involving multiple components across the bidding infrastructure.
• Deliver quality changes, including automated tests, metrics, and monitoring.
• Participate in hiring activities and mentorship within the team.
• Collaborate in code review and design review of fellow software engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or related field.
• Working knowledge of soft real-time distributed systems.
• Experience with one or more of the following programming languages: C#, Java, C, C++.
• Experience with software development code editors with one more of the following: Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, Rider.
• Experience with version control systems (Git, Perforce).
• Experience using SQL Server, Postgres, MySQL, or a similar RDBMS in a performance-sensitive context.
