What you will do

  • Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to identify and deliver technological solutions.
  • Take full ownership of solution quality, performance, and reliability.
  • Work proactively with architects and teams to unblock activities and ensure efficient delivery.
  • Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering community.
  • Challenge existing processes and propose new technologies and improvements.
  • Leverage AI tools to boost productivity, automate processes, and develop new features.

Requirements

  • Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without visa sponsorship
  • Fluent English (implied by job language and international environment)
  • Proactive problem-solving and ownership mindset.
  • Experience with scalable and resilient platform development.
  • Interest and willingness to explore and implement AI-driven solutions.
