What you will do

• Own and manage large-scale regulatory initiatives, including new licenses and compliance mandates.
• Translate legal requirements into structured Product Impact Assessments across various areas.
• Drive initiatives through the full Product Delivery Lifecycle, coordinating implementation across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions.
• Ensure regulatory consistency and operational alignment by collaborating with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Product Managers.
• Maintain structured backlog governance in Jira and detailed documentation in Confluence.
• Define and monitor KPIs related to regulatory initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in fintech, brokerage, or financial services environments.
• Proven experience managing regulatory or compliance-driven product initiatives across multiple entities or jurisdictions.
• Strong understanding of multi-entity operational structures and regulatory frameworks.
• Solid knowledge of KYC/AML processes, controlled functions, affiliate commission models, payment structures, and trading account setup.
• Experience working with structured project governance using Jira and Confluence.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
