What you will do

• Become an expert on the Street.co.uk platform covering sales, lettings management, and accounting.
• Provide first-line support to customers via live chat, email, phone, and video calls.
• Escalate complex issues to engineering teams appropriately.
• Proactively build product knowledge and communicate updates to customers.
• Work with a diverse client base from small independents to large multi-branch agencies.
• Collect and relay customer feedback and feature requests to development teams.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
• Background in lettings accounting and/or property management with a passion for technology.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage client expectations.
• Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Calm under pressure and adaptable to varied client issues.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup based in Manchester with up to 2 days remote work.
