What you will do

• Collaborate with customer Analytics/BI teams on hirify.globalAI implementations, including use case definition and data integration.
• Improve architecture and develop reusable data pipelines, APIs, and components to extend product capabilities.
• Work with the RL pipeline development team to refine reinforcement learning algorithms.
• Contribute to hirify.globalAI product strategy and roadmap using customer-facing insights.
• Provide ongoing technical expertise for successful adoption and measurable customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role with large-scale data and production environments.
• Proficiency in Python (Pandas) and core ML libraries (TensorFlow, Keras, scikit-learn, CatBoost, XGBoost).
• Skilled in SQL for querying/manipulating datasets, with experience in machine learning pipelines and model deployment.
• Strong development practices including Git, CI/CD, testing frameworks, and code reviews for scalable solutions.
• Work format: Hybrid, based in São Paulo, Brazil.

Nice to have

• Experience in customer-facing or consulting roles.
• Experience with DevOps tools (Airflow, Kubernetes, Terraform, GCP).
• Experience with data integration/ETL and pipeline optimization.
• Reinforcement learning algorithms experience.
