What you will do

• Develop integrations with virtualization platforms and implement virtualization-related features in production environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues by analyzing logs, dumps, and metrics.
• Conduct code reviews, implement unit tests, and ensure code correctness and maintainability.
• Lead daily team execution, plan work, prioritize tasks, and ensure predictable delivery.
• Mentor engineers through technical guidance and foster a culture of quality and ownership.
• Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly to improve efficiency while ensuring code quality.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years experience in C++ or Rust in complex, low-level systems environments.
• Proficiency in Windows or Linux platform development and system administration skills.
• Strong understanding of multithreading, OS internals, networking, TCP/IP, and IPC mechanisms.
• Experience with debugging tools (Xcode, LLDB, GDB, WinDbg) and reverse engineering.
• Proven experience leading or acting as a technical lead with strong communication and mentoring skills.
• Knowledge of Python and Golang is a plus.
