Toloka AI builds data that powers leading GenAI models and innovations. The company works with frontier labs, Big Tech, and AI startups worldwide, combining experts, crowd, and technology platforms to train and evaluate AI systems.

Toloka’s global team spans 100+ countries and 40+ languages, working with clients such as Amazon, Microsoft, Shopify, Anthropic and others.

They are now looking for an HR Business Partner to join their international People team for a 6-month contract (with potential extension).

What you’ll do
— Partner with business leaders to translate strategic goals into people plans (workforce planning, org design, capability building)
— Coach managers on performance management, feedback, employee development, and difficult conversations
— Lead and support employee relations cases
— Drive internal communication across the organization (announcements, meetings, change communication)
— Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, performance) and recommend improvements
— Support talent management processes: succession planning, promotions, internal mobility
— Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring needs and senior hires
— Drive the performance management cycle (goal setting, reviews, calibration)
— Advise leaders on compensation and retention decisions
— Support organizational change initiatives and restructuring projects
— Ensure HR policies and processes are consistently applied

Requirements
— Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
— 3+ years of HR experience as HR Generalist or HR Business Partner
— Experience working directly with managers and leadership teams
— Strong knowledge of HR disciplines (employee relations, performance management, compensation, talent management)
— Strong coaching and stakeholder management skills
— Ability to analyze HR data and translate insights into business recommendations
— Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
— Comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment
— High level of discretion and integrity

Language requirement:
— Fluent Russian
— Fluent English
