Devops Engineer

TL;DR

Devops Engineer (DevOps): Improve software development and release lifecycle efficiencies by modernizing processes and building robust CI/CD pipelines with an accent on automation, build infrastructure, and deployment reliability. Focus on designing and maintaining automated release channels, build tools, and code branching strategies in a regulated gaming environment.

Location: Hybrid in Sofia, Bulgaria. Must be authorized to work in Bulgaria without visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Lead configuration of build infrastructure on Windows and Linux systems.
• Improve reliability and performance of test and build processes.
• Invent and maintain automated release channels and deployment automation.
• Manage code branching strategies and release processes from QA to production.
• Collaborate as liaison between Engineering (dev & QA) and IT Operations.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in Bulgaria without visa sponsorship.
• Experience with AWS or other public cloud providers.
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux systems configuration.
• Experience with monitoring, alerts, Jenkins, Octopus, and secrets management.
• Proven track record implementing continuous deployment to production.
• Technical application support and problem-solving experience.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Agile/DevOps methodologies.
• Version control systems administration.
• Kubernetes container provisioning, orchestration, and clustering.
• Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools like AppDynamics.
