What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professional Systems Engineers, ensuring consistent productivity and quality.
• Align Systems Engineering activities to sales priorities, account strategies, and regional business plans.
• Guide teams through complex technical and customer challenges, ensuring architectural quality and alignment to hirify.global’s data resilience strategy.
• Partner closely with Sales Leadership to improve planning, prioritization, and execution.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in pre-sales systems engineering, solutions architecture, or enterprise technology roles.
• Experience leading professional teams in pre-sales systems engineering, solutions architecture, or enterprise technology roles in a customer facing environment.
• Broad understanding of enterprise infrastructure and data-centric technologies.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and influence outcomes without relying on authority.
• Willingness to travel 50-75%.
