What you will do
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printers, and other office equipment.
- Perform provisioning, installation, configuration, and testing of integrated hardware and software components.
- Identify and resolve complex user incidents and communicate root causes to prevent future recurrence.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure critical and complex issues are addressed in a timely manner.
- Maintain, upgrade, and assess system hardware, software, and applications on a routine basis.
- Lead desktop support projects and manage local IT assets.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent work experience.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in desktop support.
- Good business English skills (written and spoken).
- Must be based in Bangkok, Thailand.
