What you will do

• Provide 24x7 daily technical support to NXP production sites and external subcontractors.
• Monitor and maintain TP systems to ensure operational stability.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving software faults.
• Manage the end-to-end incident lifecycle, from logging requests to final completion.
• Coordinate and manage communications with global and local partners.

Requirements

• Ability to provide support on a 24x7 daily rotation.
• Experience in system and network troubleshooting and software fault diagnosis.
• Ability to follow technical diagrams and written instructions to repair faults.
• Location: Must be based in Bangkok
