What you will do

• Own and execute full lifecycle recruiting across Mexico and South America, focusing on Product Engineering, Sales, Finance, and technical roles.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders to advise on talent strategies and hiring decisions.
• Develop sourcing strategies including passive candidate outreach to attract top technical and niche talent.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Use recruiting data and pipeline insights to guide hiring decisions and identify risks.
• Maintain accurate documentation and handle confidential information with discretion.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico or South America.
• 7+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on software engineering and technical roles.
• Experience with full lifecycle recruiting and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong consulting mindset and ability to use data to influence hiring strategies.
• Fluent in English (C1+).
• Experience leveraging AI tools in recruiting.
