What you will do

• Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of scalable, high-performing packaged integrations across enterprise HCM platforms like Workday, SAP, and Oracle.
• Define and drive integration architecture standards, including JSON-based APIs, connectors, error handling, and end-to-end observability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Continuously improve development workflows, tooling, and code quality through best practices and automation.
• Maintain technical documentation and best practices for packaged integrations.
• Foster a collaborative, innovative, and continuously learning team culture.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software engineering.
• Deep technical expertise in integration frameworks, JSON-based APIs, and web services (REST, SOAP).
• Proven technical leadership experience delivering integrations on at least one major HCM platform.
• Hands-on experience building Workday and/or SuccessFactors integrations.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Nice to have

• Workday certifications (Integrations, Extend, Orchestrate).
• Knowledge of Workday technical frameworks.
• SAP Certified Integration Developer.
• Experience using AI-powered developer productivity tools.
