Growth Product Designer (Cybersecurity): Designing, shipping, and iterating experiments that measurably improve key growth metrics across a B2C cybersecurity training platform with an accent on acquisition, activation, engagement, and monetization. Focus on high-velocity experimentation, A/B testing, and data-informed design decisions to increase conversion and reduce user friction.

What you will do
- Design and launch high-velocity experiments, including A/B tests, pricing tests, onboarding improvements, upsell flows, paywalls, and landing pages.
- Translate hypotheses into testable experiences, making fast trade-offs between polish and speed.
- Contribute to experiment ideation and use data to inform design decisions and refine direction.
- Define what "good" looks like in conversion, activation, and retention flows, balancing short-term optimisation with long-term product quality.
- Partner closely with Growth Product Managers across activation and monetisation squads.
Requirements
- 3+ years designing consumer web or app experiences.
- Experience working in a growth, optimisation, or experimentation-heavy environment.
- Understanding of A/B testing principles and experimentation trade-offs.
- Comfortable working with product analytics tools like Amplitude and HotJar.
- Care about business outcomes as much as user experience.
- Ability to articulate the "why" behind design decisions and move fast without sacrificing thinking.
Nice to have
- Experience designing paywalls or subscription flows.
- Experience with pricing or monetisation experiments.
- Experience in gamified or educational products.
