What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI Agentic Solutions and intelligent, autonomous AI workflows using the hirify.global platform.
• Implement and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems leveraging hirify.global’s Agentic AI capabilities for context-aware responses from LLMs.
• Develop advanced prompting, memory management, and behavior-planning techniques to enable LLMs and agents to author complex workflows.
• Act as a technical solutions expert, troubleshooting and analyzing AI-driven architectures, scalable RAG pipelines, and agent frameworks.
• Work closely with customers to understand use cases and deliver tailored, scalable agentic AI and RAG-based solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI workflows into existing IT frameworks and contribute to product development from ideation to implementation.

Requirements

• BTech/BE or higher technical education in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in design, development, and implementation, including at least 1 year of hands-on experience with hirify.global.
• Proven experience in AI engineering, with a focus on agent-based systems.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable AI-driven workflows that enhance IT operations.
• Strong working knowledge of APIs (RESTful, SOAP/XML), data structures (JSON), and any RDBMS/NoSQL.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Python, or Ruby.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience working with integration platforms such as TIBCO, Dell Boomi, or MuleSoft.
• Experience with cloud technologies (iPaaS, SaaS applications, and cloud infrastructure).
• Good knowledge of Microservices, API-based integration architecture, event-driven architecture, BPM, or RPA.
• Experience working with cloud business apps like Workday, NetSuite, Salesforce, or ServiceNow.
