What you will do

• Research, prototype, and help ship AI/ML and agentic systems for the hirify.global Cyber Protect platform.
• Build intelligent automation and assistant-like experiences for users and MSPs.
• Develop and evaluate models for classification, recommendation, prediction, anomaly detection, and correlation.
• Design robust datasets, labeling strategies, evaluation metrics, and offline/online experiments.
• Partner with product, engineering, and data experts to convert research into production features.
• Contribute to scalable data pipelines and MLOps practices.

Requirements

• Master’s in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years in applied AI/ML or research engineering delivering ML/LLM capabilities into real products.
• Strong foundation in ML + LLM methods (e.g., RAG, tool-use/agents) and knowing when not to use LLMs.
• Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, HuggingFace, etc.).
• Experience with large, noisy telemetry/event data and strong data intuition and debugging skills.
• Familiarity with production concerns: reliability, monitoring, evaluation, cost/performance optimization, and safe rollout practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with deployment on Azure AI / AWS Sage or Google Vertex AI.
