What you will do

• Own and automate regular KPI reporting and dashboards for Sales, Revenue, and Customer lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops and GTM teams to enhance sales workflows and increase seller productivity.
• Independently manage data-driven decisions, execution, and outcomes.
• Create and maintain Sales Ops documentation, including SOPs and CRM governance.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and enhance data quality.
• Manage global stakeholder communication across teams and time zones.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in CRM Tools, preferably Salesforce.
• Familiarity with database technologies (SQL) and advanced Excel.
• Intermediate Python skills.
• Strong data background with expertise in collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and leveraging data for decision-making.
• Track record of successfully developing and managing complex data projects.
• Experience with a visualization tool such as Tableau, Spotfire, or Power BI.

Nice to have

• MBA or Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university with relevant work experience.
• Work experience in the Software and SaaS industries.
• Strong bias toward collaboration and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and dispersed team.
