Senior Product Designer (AI): Designing systematic in-product guidance and evaluation environments for hirify.global's self-serve and enterprise customers with an accent on adapting to unique industry workflows and leveraging AI for user intent translation. Focus on architecting value discovery systems, executing new offerings, and scaling expansion through low-friction testing.

Location: Hybrid schedule, must be based in Warsaw, Poland. In-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

Salary: 25,000–31,000 PLN gross per month

What you will do

• Architect value discovery systems and in-product guidance for successful collaboration.
• Lead design execution for key customer segments, building capabilities for client revenue needs.
• Develop sophisticated ways for Enterprise leads to test complex configurations, reducing time-to-value.
• Shape user experience with conversational AI interfaces, ensuring clear product value.
• Synthesize insights from telemetry, UXR, and customer feedback to design product levers for high-growth usage.
• Partner with the hirify.global Design community to evolve AI-first activation and onboarding design patterns.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of product design experience leading complex B2B SaaS or consumer product initiatives.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating ownership of onboarding, activation, or growth experiences.
• Ability to simplify complex problems and evangelize design visions to stakeholders.
• Fluency in using research and data to inform design decisions, including A/B testing.
• Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to leverage them for design.
• Collaborative and tenacious problem-solver, partnering with PMs, engineers, and data partners.
