TL;DR

Location: Timisoara, Romania. Flexible working hours including mix of working from home and from office.

What you will do

  • Manage and resolve GAP platform incidents, coordinating with cross-functional teams to assess impact and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain incident and audit documentation and conduct post-incident reviews.
  • Plan, support, and document internal and external audits, ensuring alignment with regulatory and industry standards.
  • Review regulatory requirements and recommend updates to operational procedures.
  • Deliver training and knowledge transfer to NOC staff.
  • Oversee governance-related administrative tasks for GAP operations.

Requirements

  • Experience in incident management, operations, or technical support environments.
  • Strong understanding of audit processes and regulatory frameworks.
  • Ability to create and maintain process documentation.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with Atlassian tools.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience working with NOC teams or 24/7 operational environments.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., ISO, regulatory bodies, internal corporate guidelines).
  • Knowledge of ticketing tools, monitoring systems, and incident management platforms.
