- Assist members with credit-related memberships, services, and product offerings.
- Advocate for solutions that provide reassurance and peace of mind regarding credit information.
- Help members understand the value and benefits of their memberships.
- Effectively handle escalated customer issues.
- Receive customer requests for assistance, identify support needed, and provide assistance or forward requests to the appropriate functional area.
- Adjust to variations in products and understand standard operational procedures for new partners.
Requirements
- 6 months of Inbound call handling experience required.
- High School Diploma required.
- Excellent English written and oral communications skills required.
- PC/internet skills to make fast and accurate decisions.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain performance in a busy environment (80% Occupancy).
