What you will do

• Conduct analysis of user behavior and product effectiveness.
• Generate hypotheses for product improvement using analytical tools and data.
• Validate hypotheses through A/B testing.
• Build predictive models for user behavior and key business metrics.
• Create informative dashboards for the product team and other stakeholders.
• Present research results in an understandable and visually appealing format.
• Collaborate with development, marketing, and C-level teams to achieve business goals.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a similar Data/Product Analyst position.
• Analytical thinking and passion for working with data.
• Ability to interpret numerical metrics in a business context.
• Experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Understanding of basic statistical methods and concepts.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of Python, NumPy, and Pandas.
