Location: We encourage working in the office, with the possibility of up to two remote days per week. Plus, with our WFA policy, you can work from almost anywhere in the world.

Salary: €3,000–€4,200/month

What you will do

• Design high-converting creatives for Meta/Google Ads.
• Adapt designs across different formats and placements.
• Create engaging organic social media posts.
• Elevate storytelling and visuals from initial concept to final delivery.
• Oversee the implementation of the new visual identity across all means of communication.
• Contribute to and maintain a shared design system.

Requirements

• Proven design experience, including work in graphic design teams.
• Experience designing PPC ads.
• Understanding of how design impacts CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
• Experience using AI tools in creative workflows.
• Great knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
