What you will do

• Lead and scale high-performing engineering teams in competitive, delivery-driven environments.
• Drive complex, multi-stream initiatives from strategy through execution with clear ownership and outcomes.
• Actively manage performance, expectations, and delivery standards across teams.
• Strengthen infrastructure scalability, reliability, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Lead modernization of platform, UI, APIs, and developer experience.
• Embed enterprise-grade security, privacy-by-design, and DevSecOps practices.

Requirements

• Deep experience in software engineering and infrastructure leadership.
• Proven track record leading high-performance engineering teams in fast-paced technology environments.
• Ability to set ambitious goals, manage performance, and drive measurable impact.
• Experience continuously evolving engineering practices, including adopting modern delivery practices and tooling like AI-assisted development.
• Strong accountability for delivery, quality, and operational maturity.
• Must be based in Ireland.
