• Deliver complex technical initiatives independently within high-availability, mission-critical systems.
• Lead technical reviews and contribute to architectural decisions, specifically driving TypeScript/Node.js migrations.
• Champion AI-assisted development by using tools like Cursor and Claude hands-on.
• Communicate technical trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Own operational excellence by maintaining and improving SLOs, observability, and comprehensive documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with deep proficiency in production-grade TypeScript and Node.js.
• Distributed systems expertise in high-traffic environments, including API design, monitoring, and advanced debugging.
• AI-Native workflow: Hands-on experience integrating AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude) into your daily development cycle.
• Strong communication skills and a proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
