What you will do

• Plan, write, and iterate on content across multiple channels.
• Develop content for CRO experiments, including headlines, value propositions, and CTAs.
• Analyze data, research, and insights to improve content effectiveness.
• Contribute creative ideas and recommendations to CRO ideation, prioritization, and iteration cycles.
• Partner closely with UX Designers to explore alternative user journeys.
• Present creative work to internal stakeholders and communicate the value of content optimization.

Requirements

• English: C2 level required for excellent writing and editing skills.
• 4+ years of experience in SaaS marketing, content, copywriting, or growth-related roles.
• Strong content management skills with close attention to detail.
• Data-driven mindset with comfort working with performance metrics and dashboards.
• End-to-end ownership mentality and proactive collaboration with various partners.
• Passion for content marketing, including the latest content trends and technologies in CRO projects.

Nice to have

• Background in growth marketing, CRO, or experimentation.
• Basic Figma experience.
