What you will do
- Define and own the vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for Database (SQL) and Server (WinTel/Hypervisor) platforms.
- Lead cloud migration strategy (PaaS/IaaS/hybrid) and govern platform stability, performance, and security compliance.
- Modernize compute platforms, improve automation, and guide cloud-first design.
- Act as the primary liaison between infrastructure squads and product tribes, translating business needs into backlog items.
- Maintain structured, prioritized backlogs, balancing stability, modernization, and risk.
- Partner with Technical Lead and Scrum Master to ensure strong Agile practices and drive outcome-focused delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in infrastructure, platform, or SaaS environments.
- Strong domain knowledge in SQL Server platforms, Windows Server environments, VMware/Hypervisors, and Cloud migration strategies.
- Experience operating in Agile delivery models with demonstrated backlog ownership and prioritization capability.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance operational stability with modernization efforts.
Nice to have
- Exposure to Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Understanding of FinOps principles.
- Experience with DR and resilience architecture and Platform engineering transformation programs.
