What you will do

• Identify high-impact opportunities where Agentic workflows can solve problems for customers.
• Define how AI can reduce operational bottlenecks by automating delivery processes.
• Design tests to validate model accuracy, cost-efficiency, and latency of AI features.
• Build and deploy production-ready agents that leverage hirify.global’s platform and data pipelines.
• Maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, ensuring agents have access to platform and insurance knowledge.
• Act as the subject matter expert for the broader engineering team, helping them integrate AI capabilities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Software Engineering (Python, Node.js) with a focus on building scalable backend systems.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs using OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models (Mistral/Llama).
• Deep knowledge of Google’s frameworks.
• Understand Vector Databases (pgvector, Pinecone) and how to build event-driven AI workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Familiarity with the principles of Marty Cagan's "Inspired" or Teresa Torres's "Continuous Discovery Habits."
• Experience in a company undergoing a significant strategic shift or pivot.
