What you will do

• Support the design & implementation of the Third party risk management framework.
• Ensure alignment with both local & global regulatory requirements, including CPS 230, Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), & EBA Outsourcing Guidelines.
• Partner with 3rd party business owners to evaluate & monitor vendors performance & risk levels.
• Develop & maintain dashboards & reports using Power BI, Power Automate, & Power Apps to provide insights into vendor performance, spend, risk exposure, & compliance status. Present & report on findings & trends to senior leaders.
• Facilitate training & awareness sessions on third-party risk policies, regulatory changes, & system usage.
• Support global & regional initiatives to harmonise third-party risk practices across jurisdictions.

Requirements

• Experience in either a Third-Party Risk, Operational Risk role.
• Proven financial services & regulatory framework knowledge such as CPS230.
• Third party risk management knowledge.
• Proven ability to lead & develop a team of 2 direct reports.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills.
• Proficient with tools such as Power BI.
