What you will do

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Telecommunications Sector Risk Management Program (TSRMP).
• Provide enterprise governance and oversight of critical infrastructure risks across cyber, physical, personnel, and supply chain domains.
• Design and execute the annual SOCI assurance program, including control testing and remediation tracking.
• Coordinate regulatory notifications, regulator information requests, and audit submissions.
• Chair and manage the SOCI Risk and Compliance Committee, including governance materials and action tracking.
• Deliver authoritative risk posture and compliance reporting to senior executives, the Board, and Singtel Group.

Requirements

• Extensive senior-level experience in risk, compliance, or regulatory leadership within large, complex organizations.
• Strong expertise in SOCI and critical infrastructure, with a practical understanding of TSRMP requirements.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise-scale programs and embed governance and control frameworks.
• Exceptional stakeholder influence, including engagement with executives, Boards, and regulators.
• Demonstrated experience supporting Board-level assurance, attestations, and regulatory submissions.
• Location: Must be based in NSW, Australia.
