What you will do

• Work closely with customers to bring LLM-applications to production.
• Collaborate on a wide variety of LLM-apps, including concierge search and agentic co-pilots.
• Give technical demos and lead trainings/workshops on hirify.global's product suite.
• Collaborate with the enterprise sales team to win deals.
• Translate customer insights and feedback into product improvements for engineering.
• Lead internal and external special projects to dogfood new products.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar technical role (software or customer engineering).
• Love working with customers or aspiring to be a future founder.
• Strong engineering background with a bent towards action and service orientation.
• Comfortable presenting best practices to larger teams.
• Must be located in Stockholm, Sweden.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with hirify.global or building with LLMs.
• Startup experience.
